How to place an order:

1. Choose your wig restoration services from the list provided. There will be specific instructions pertaining to each of our service in the description bar. Note: Please read and review each description carefully to get the best service for your wig.

2. Email images of your wig(s) that you want service or list in note box. Include images of the wig and order # and  send it to JH@luminousbeautybyj.com. This will help us know if the service is right for your unit. You can also include images of the look and style you are desiring. 

3. Review our wig policy and allow 7-10 business to send your wig back to you. . 

4. Ship us your wig unit to 3331 Suite E547 Rainbow Drive, Rainbow City, Al 35903. Once we receive your unit, you will notify and image of your wig before revamp will be sent you via email. 

5. We will revamp your wig and ship it back to you all refreshed. 

Disclaimer: if we receive your wigs and feel that it is not repairable, the quality of hair is questionable, or beyond our expertise, we will contact you with other options and/or issue a refund minus shipping fees and will shipped your unit back to you.
